Instructions

Desktop/Laptop

  • Right click on the background of your choice, and save it to your desktop.
  • Sign into Zoom®. In the upper right corner, click your profile picture and then click ‘Settings’
  • In the menu at left, select ‘Virtual Background’
  • In the Virtual Background dialog box, click the ‘+’ icon
  • Select and upload the Fromental Zoom® Background chosen.

Mobile

  • Determine which background you’d like to use. Hold down the image and select ‘Add to photos’.  (Android users select ‘Download Image’)
  • Open the Zoom® App, sign in, and join your meeting.
  • Tap the ‘…’ icon in the bottom right to open the ‘More’ menu.
  • Tap ‘Virtual Background’
  • Select and upload your new Fromental background.”
