Fromental at Decorex 2024

We’re excited to kick off our October calendar at Decorex, where our passion for design and craftsmanship will take centre stage through a striking new installation that showcases what Fromental is all about—creativity, artistry, and an uncompromising commitment to beauty.

Known for reimagining traditional techniques with a modern perspective, Fromental has always pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in luxury interiors. This year, we’re taking it even further as a key partner in Decorex’s prestigious Making Spaces area, where we’ll highlight our creative journey and demonstrate how we continue to blend heritage methods with bold innovation.

Stand H32: Fromental by Sophie Paterson

We’re also excited to spotlight the Fromental by Sophie Paterson collection at our stand, H32. Designed in collaboration with celebrated interior designer Sophie Paterson, the collection encapsulates her characteristically refined aesthetic and our dedication to craftsmanship. Our stand will also feature an exclusive preview of our new capsule collection of framed artworks — a glimpse into the next chapter of our artistic journey.

Making Spaces: An Immersive Silk Installation

This year we’re unveiling a truly immersive experience—a never-seen-before installation that highlights our unwavering dedication to craftsmanship. Suspended throughout the walkway connecting the two halls at Olympia London, a series of hand-painted and embroidered silk panels will appear to float, offering visitors a rare glimpse into the artistry and meticulous process behind our work. As they weave through the silks, the entire creative journey will unfold before their eyes.

At the heart of the display will be a couture piece worn by Harris Reed at the Met Gala, crafted using silk panels from our archive. This stunning centrepiece illustrates how Fromental continues to blur the lines between interiors and high fashion, transforming traditional textiles into something truly extraordinary.

Harris Reed: Shadow Dance Collection FW 24/25

Our partnership with Harris Reed, which debuted earlier this year, marked a new chapter for Fromental. It brought our opulent silk wallcoverings to the runway, merging the world of couture fashion with luxury interiors. The immersive display at Decorex continues to explore this synergy.

A Look Behind the Scenes

We’re not just showcasing our finished designs; we’re offering an opportunity to see the story within each piece. Our BTS film will take viewers inside our studio and showcase the meticulous process behind every Fromental wallcovering. From silk preparation to hand-painting and embroidery, this film brings to life the passion and precision that go into creating our designs.
